  • Targets individuals or groups based on sexual orientation or gender identity
  • Includes homo-, bi-, or transphobic content, including slurs, harassment, or dehumanizing language

Vicedomini Softworks maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward homo-bi-transphobia.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

5. Content Responsibility

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Host
  • Store
  • Display
  • Distribute

your content solely for the purpose of providing Services.

You are fully responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Data preservation in all circumstances

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice.

In the event that a user account is compromised due to unauthorized access (including but not limited to weak credentials, credential reuse, or failure to maintain account security), and such compromise results in automatic suspension or restriction by our security systems, Vicedomini Softworks shall not be held responsible for any resulting damages, losses, or interruptions.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their access credentials.

Notwithstanding the above, upon being notified of such an incident, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to investigate and restore access to the affected Services. Our target timeframe for resolution is within seven (7) days, although this may vary depending on the complexity and severity of the incident.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Services may be billed on a subscription basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You authorize recurring payments

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use poses risk to us or others
  • Required by law or regulation

You may terminate your use at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome (Tribunale di Roma).
